Advanced Building System
The heart of our Advanced Building System is the Single Panel in expanded polystyrene: modular not prefabricated and enclosed by a double galvanized steel mesh joined by connectors, which is completed directly on the site with two layers of shotcrete.
The two steel meshes connected to one another create the structure, whereas the expanded polystyrene core works like a membrane thermal-acoustic insulating functions.
Thanks to the type of panel, the Building System allows high-quality structures to be built at an economical price. This is granted by the efficiency achieved in the construction of the works, movement and assembly of the panels.

The Building System was established in 1981, it offers technological and innovative solutions for the realization of plants intended to produce EPS panels embedded with galvanized steel mesh, which makes it possible to realize earthquake-proof buildings with maximum energy efficiency.
It is an innovative building system, an alternative to traditional ones, with a remarkable history of over 35 years worldwide.
The anti-seismic and thermal-acoustic performances, durability, comfort and energy saving of the buildings have been certified by internationally renowned laboratories, making this System absolutely versatile and adaptable to the most diverse territorial needs.

Commercial development
The first articles talk about the ambitious project carried out in Italy and precisely in the Calabria region, where we built the first plant on agricultural greenhouses. Instead, the last journalistic blurb talks about the system built in Uruguay for a public school.
In the second half of 2022, on the sidelines of a collaboration agreement with Vimit Energia s.r.l. of Rome, based on a commercial agreement entered into with JVA Asia Pacific Holding group, the process of marketing photovoltaic modules, storage batteries, inverters, and wall boxes has begun. Commercial development, product quality, due to the high demand, have allowed us to sign important commercial agreements with investment funds, with the clause “turn-key”.
We are currently processing authorizations for 170 MWp, of which 70% already with TICA paid and therefore photovoltaic fields ready to be built.
